..."people don't have schedule. They show up when they want, you don't have to be in the office at a certain time or anytime, they just have to get their work done. How they do it , when they do it, where they do it is totally up to them. Meeting in that kind of environment are optional. What happens ? Productivity goes up, workers engagment goes up, worker satisfaction goes up, turn over goes down.
